Step 1: Log into Salesforce
Create Email templates. Log in to your Salesforce account.

search for "Email Templates." Click on it to access the Email Templates
page.
Step 3: Create a New Email Template
On the Email Templates page, click the "New Email Template" button. This
will open the email template editor.
Step 4: Choose a Template Type
Salesforce offers various template types, including Text, HTML (custom),
Visualforce, and Custom (without using a letterhead). Select the template
type that suits your needs. For most cases, you can start with "Text" or
"HTML (custom)."
Step 5: Fill in Template Details
